If you notice your cooler not chilling properly, don’t panic! Air can sometimes get trapped in your cold plunge which can lead to low flow, no flow, excessive bubbling, or sometimes cooling problems. You can follow the steps below to purge your chiller:
1. Turn the breaker off on your chiller
2. Disconnect the chiller from the power source
3. Wait 15 seconds, and replug in your unit.
4. Turn on the breaker
5. While on, disconnect the “inlet” hose of the chiller (the left hose)
6. Wait 15 seconds, and plug the hose back into the inlet of the chiller
7. Wait another 30 seconds and your chiller should reset and purge all air
To confirm, the filter should not have any air in the case, and the water flow should be coming out consistently from the Inlet of the Tub (outlet of the chiller).
